Project Overview- Joined mid-project to complete a regulatory system for storing and reporting laws, certifications, and industry requirements. The system also manages training approvals, documents, renewals, and PII data. Across 200 screens with multiple states and iterations, my team ensured compliance while maintaining usability.
Design Challenge- Tight deadlines and complex regulatory requirements required balancing usability with strict compliance and scalable design patterns.
Goal- Deliver a secure, compliant, and user-friendly enterprise system while completing the project under a hard deadline.
Result- Prototypes and annotated screens streamlined complex regulatory workflows, improved data accuracy, and provided developers with clear implementation guidance. Stakeholders praised the solution for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
