1. The Household Brief: Client’s upload the property listing link and complete a guided profile of their family's daily routines, high-traffic zones, and storage needs.

2. The 90-Minute Walkthrough: A focused, 90-minute property evaluation. Clients are welcome to attend this session. Be forewarned, we structure a portion of this as a quiet, independent mapping session so our team can deeply analyze the physical room constraints and traffic patterns without interruption.

3. The Layout & Guidance: The Client receives a clean, digital report detailing your targeted layout solutions, along with raw, hand-drawn layout sketches focused on up to two specific problem rooms.
   This document gives you the exact structural logic and visual leverage you need to guide your General Contractor or Architect—ensuring they build what you actually need, rather than taking the easiest, quickest path.
